Dr MARYAM DELAVARI is a Medical specialist; PhD in health promotion, Founder & Medical Director of A Peace Corner, and Author of Migration & Obesity. She is an expert in human Mind&Body and how by embracing the whole you can change your lifestyle and relationships with others. She is a researcher widely in the areas of whole person health including mental health, body image concern and weight issues, such “women’s hormones and burned out”, “men’s issues and challenges”, “challenges of being a teenager” and “challenges with aging: Dementia/Alzheimer & Mental health”. 

Dr MARYAM holds a PhD and has advanced post-graduate training in mental health medicine, nutritional and environmental health promotion and holds fellowship with the Royal Australian College of GP’s (FRACGP), she has been a member of Australasian society of psychological medicine (ASPM), and World Health Organisation (WHO) collaborating centre for childhood obesity.
